I made a couple easter eggs. One of them almost looked animated:



The other one featured a giant robot shooting lasers out of his head at a tank, soldier, helicopter, and jet bomber.

Whole lotta indie-pop. Marine Research, Call and Response, Bishop Allen, Foundry Field Recordings, Cub, Beulah, Voxtrot.Anyways, Call and Response have this song “California in Floating in Space” which is perfect for this footage I took while on the ferris wheel on the Santa Monica pier.

This is an excerpt from a work in progress video project.

I’m actually not going to use this footage, as much as I like it. I want to redo it in widescreen format. An HD video camera would also be nice, but HD for home movies is overkill and I don’t think I make these often enough to justify the expense.

The music is from Matthew Nichols, who I’ve written about before.
